Blood Pressure Monitor allows you to delete your data without deleting your account. This gives you full control over your health data while keeping your account active.
How to Delete Your Data
- Open Blood Pressure Monitor on your device.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete All My Data.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
This removes all your data from the app immediately. If you are signed in, your cloud backup in Firebase is also deleted. Your account stays active — only the data is removed.
What Data Will Be Deleted
The following data will be permanently removed:
- All blood pressure readings (systolic, diastolic, pulse)
- All tags, notes, and categories associated with your readings
- Custom blood pressure ranges and thresholds
- Local app settings and preferences
- Cloud backup data in Firestore (if signed in)
What Is Not Affected
- Your account remains active — you can continue using the app and record new data.
- Previously exported PDF reports stored on your device are not affected.
Data Retention
- Encrypted backups may persist for up to 30 days before being automatically purged from our backup systems.
- Anonymized analytics data — aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics may be retained to improve the app. This data cannot be linked back to you.
